Blogging About My Alaska Trip

Alaska has it all.  If you have never been there before, we highly recommend taking a visit.  Just about anything anyone would like to do outdoors, can be done in Alaska.  The terrain is very diverse and it provides opportunities to go backpacking, horse-back riding, white water rafting, floating, deep sea fishing and ice climbing.  A drive along the coast provides gorgeous views of the ocean.  If you were to drive inland, you see mountain ranges, hills, valleys, flat lands, and marshes.

If you enjoy fishing, an Alaskan trip is a must do.  You can fish for salmon and catching a salmon on a fly rod is an experience you’ll never forget.  You can also fish for rainbow trout on the major rivers in the state like the Kenai.  The airport in Anchorage has the largest halibut ever caught which is over 450 pounds!  Because of all the coastline, you can frequently see a variety of whales.

I recently got back from Alaska and during my five day stay, I saw grizzly bear, black bear, moose, mountain goats, bald eagles and golden eagles.  The state has kodiak brown bears, polar bears, caribou, seals, and some of the most beautiful country you will ever see.

Everyday, after I got back from hunting and fishing, I would upload my pictures to the computer and add them to a blog.  I commented in depth about each picture and some of the surrounding circumstances of each picture.  After spending the time right after taking the pictures to comment in detail about each of the pictures, the last thing I want to do is lose that information.  That’s why I will backup my blog through Bloggled.  It is free and easy to do.  Memories like these are just not worth the risk.  Get bloggled!
